Locked out? Someone parking in your spot? Is there water pouring from the ceiling at 9 o'clock at night? Here's who to contact.


Fire, Medical, or Safety Emergencies

If there is a fire, medical emergency, or immediate danger, call 911 first.


If there is an issue with your unit, call our office:  (541) 465-3825


Our live answering service will contact the appropriate team member based on the nature of the emergency.


Examples of emergencies include:


  • Water pouring from somewhere it shouldn't and you cannot stop it
  • Your door or window cannot be secured
  • There is an urgent safety issue involving the property

Locked Out of Your Unit

If you're locked out after hours, contact Mallard's approved locksmith:

Plumbing Emergencies

If a toilet, sink, or drain is overflowing, first, try to shut off the water by locating the water shut-off valve behind the sink or toilet.

Someone Parked in Your Assigned Space

Parking is reserved for registered tenant vehicles only. If someone is parked in your spot, you may need to find alternate parking for the night, or until a tow truck arrives.


During Business Hours


Call our office and provide the vehicle information: (541) 465-3825


After Hours


Submit a tow request through Emerald Valley Towing.


Answer the "Reason" question with "RESERVED PARKING." In the notes section, provide  your first and last name, the time, and your space number, along with a photo of your driver's license.


Your vehicle should be registered in their "Tow Book" for the company's reference.
