Mallard Properties is a locally owned and operated property management company based in Eugene, Oregon. Founded in 1993, we’ve spent more than three decades helping University of Oregon students and young professionals find affordable, townhouse-style rentals just blocks to the U of O campus.

Unlike large apartment complexes, our townhouse-style properties feature smaller building layouts and private entrances. This creates a more residential, community-oriented living experience — ideal for students who want to stay close to campus while still having space to study, relax, and recharge. All of our homes are within walking distance to the University of Oregon campus (some just 1 block away!), as well as nearby grocery stores, coffee shops, parks, and local favorites. Whether you’re heading to class, Hayward Field, or Matt Knight arena, our goal is to make daily life easier.
