These rents are a guideline and are subject to change. Rental rates are not locked in until an agreement has been signed with a Mallard Representative. Deposit amounts vary due to rental history requirement and/or additional occupants.*

Applications will be accepted between January 15th – until all listings are filled with qualified applicants. If you are an applicant with limited English proficiency, you are entitled to submit a request for an additional 24 hours to provide you with more time to seek language assistance services for the purpose of complying with the Housing Provider’s screening and application requirements.

Professional carpet & general housekeeping will be completed between each residency. Expenses will be deducted from the security deposit.
